Alexander Technique Workshops
Workshops are relevant to both pupils who have had private lessons or for those pupils who would like a refresher
These workshops will introduce you to the basics of the Alexander Technique and will be held approximately once a month. The next workshops are on the following dates:-
10th February 2024 10:30-12:30
13th April 2024 10:30-12:30
11th May 2024 10:30-12:30
22nd June 2024 10:30-12:30
Cost of workshops is £25 per person with a £5 deposit to secure a place.
