Alexander Technique Workshops

Workshops are relevant to both pupils who have had private lessons or for those pupils who would like a refresher

These workshops will introduce you to the basics of the Alexander Technique and will be held approximately once a month. The next workshops (10:00-12:00) are on the following dates:-

Cost of workshops is £30 per person. Payment is required in full to secure a place.
